As soon as I saw the video I thought, “has to be Purim”.
This is a great video. This is the attitude everyone needs to have when driving. Fucking chill, people, especially now.
For those that don’t know, men have to drink on Purim. The dudes in the street weren’t purposefully being assholes, they were just shitfaced. Jews aren’t known for their drinking, and they let loose on Purim. Good on ‘em.

those lectric scooters are kind of a pain in the arse tho..they’re surprisingly fast..you cant hear them coming and they tend to be scooted about by people with no concept of traffic rules or mortality...
and thats coming from the second worst type of cyclist on the road
(the worst type obviously being the packs of spandex clad asshats)

I really enjoyed those. And yeah, those scooters suck. One of the symphony violinists got run down by one. She injured her shoulder and the scooter just kept going.

London poli ce cracked down on it quite a bit last year.
Hopefully it’ll die off as they aren’t legal for the road or the pavement (U.S. sidewalk).
But they’ve been busy cracking down on moped and scooter theft and crime, in a lovely new way of ramming them, sorry, tactically hitting them to stop.
I love it.

No sympathy for the thieves. Here in Austin, the city loves the scooters because they allow people to access the bars downtown without having to worry about parking. Then you get drunks on scooters at 2 am. Then the scooters get left lying all over the place, blocking sidewalks etc. They’re a menace and an eyesore. People have started throwing them in the lake downtown.
